The Primary Coding League: International is back for another season of coding, but this time we going bigger and better! This year we are introducing a whole host of resources with each challenge so that schools, teachers and students are feeling prepared and supported! What's included? - Digital Copy of the 2026 Educators Guide! - Downloads for display resources for your very own PCL School Display board! - Educator Challenge Sheet for each challenge! - *NEW & IMPROVED* Student challenge pack for each challenge! - Challenge Launch Presentation for each challenge to help get students excited for the task! - Student Team Role Resources to support their collaborative coding journey! Here is a sneak preview of some of the resources coming next season as well as our new 2026 Educators Guide: www.primarycodingleague.co.uk/preview How it works? - Children aged in Years 3 - 6 are spilt into teams of up to 6 students. Each school is able to have up to 3 teams in one season. - From September - June each team will complete a series of 6 block based coding challenges, with each challenge being released at different points in the year. - Each challenge is submitted on specific dates throughout the year and receives a score out of 20 after being judged in 4 key areas. - The score for each challenge is added to the team’s overall score which then determines their current league position.
